BIOGRAPHY

A professional, creative and motivated individual, Devin DeHaven is a veteran and an award-winning television producer and director.  With an extensive full credit list, Devin has diverse experience in a range of genres and mediums, along with a variety of skills such as multi-camera producing and directing and live streaming games, sports and music.  Currently, Devin is specializing in directing large-scale music festival broadcasts for festivals such as Rock in Rio, Hangout Music Festival, Outside Lands, Jazzfest, Zac Browns Southern Ground and Stagecoach.  In addition to this he is also developing music television programming, including agreements with Dick Clark Productions and China Branding.

 

Having been in the industry for over 20 years, Devin is skilled in remaining calm and level-headed in a hectic, live broadcasting setting. He has an exceptional ability to lead a crew of any size, with the result of producing smooth and technically seamless productions. Moreover, his extensive knowledge of music and the live music environment, coupled with his innovative creativity leaves the viewers with a unique and fresh perspective. During his career, Devin has formed strong and loyal relationships with an abundance of professionals, including artists, managers and record labels, working directly with these to ensure diversity and a sense of personality in the production.

 

Beginning his career as a music video director for Propaganda Films, Devin transitioned into creating ‘on-tour’ and ‘live’ DVDs for numerous major artists including Snoop Dogg, Papa Roach and Eminem.  Moving into a senior position for Mark Cuban’s AXS TV, Devin was involved with over 100 live broadcasts, including becoming the director of the “Tom Green Live” Talk show. He later secured executive positions with 5Five Entertainment and LiveXLive before going onto gain gaming experience, such as working on the Battlefield 1 live stream launch and with gaming giants EA and Xbox.

 

His television credits include Tom Green Live, Kobe Up Close Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, Live From Daryls House, DJ Skee, Rock N Roll Road show with Sammy Hagar.  He has produced live streaming for XBOX, EA, DORITOS and E3 working with artists from Snoops Dogg and Steve Aoki to Big Boi and comedian Blake Anderson (Workaholiks).  In addition, he has produced and directed hundreds of live and recorded concerts and award shows, including broadcasts for R. Kelly, Ringo Starr, KISS, Rick Ross, Method Man, the So So Def 20th Anniversary Concert and many more. 

 

With his artistic skills and diverse portfolio he brings to any direction/production team a strong level of knowledge, vast experience in the industry and a passion that is second-to-none.
